All Master Gardener Monthly Meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of the month, 10:00 AM, at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens (BBG). Coffee is provided 30 minutes before the regular meeting when held at the BBG.
Evening Meetings are specified and held at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens unless otherwise noted.
Programs have included winter tree identification (above) and plant propagation (below).
How appropriate that our February meeting would fall on Valentines Day, February 14th, when we honor ourselves for our involvement in activities we love-
The Reach for the Stars Awards Luncheon is a high point in our Master Gardening year, the one me that 23 are the program. Almost as important as the recognition of the many hours of volunteer service, we also get to show off our culinary skills at the highly anticipated potluck lunch. There will be cornbread just in case Alberta honors us with her amazing vegetable soup. Bring your favorite dish to share with your Master Gardener friends. Our meeting will start at 10:00. The awards program will commence at 10:30, followed by the
potluck lunch.
Don't forget to wear your name badge. There will be special door prizes as always.
